Easy Yoga Sequences Anyone Can Do
You already know that yoga is pretty amazing.
Yoga is a real gem not only when it comes to calming the body but calming the mind too.
However, for a total beginner, it may be a bit too complicated and difficult to master.
A cat? A cow? Can my body really do that? And what’s a cobra?
Since we want to make the good life – and the good mornings – accessible to everyone, this week we’re sending over a few basic yoga sequences that anyone can follow for the best start of the day.
Read on to get some inspiration for your next morning workout.
A quick-and-easy sun salutation
The name says it all: sun salutation.
Do sun salutations first thing in the morning and watch just how sharp your body and mind become for the day ahead.
Here’s a sample flow to help you get started.
Yoga for people who sit all day, every day
Never in the history of Homo Sapiens have we spent as much time sitting as we do in the 21st century.
The sedentary lifestyle is sure taking its toll, even if you don’t notice it: achy backs, stiff necks, and weak muscles, to name just a few.
Here’s a simple yoga flow to tackle the issue, do a bit of stretching and increase your flexibility, all of that in less than 15 minutes a day.

Yoga for total beginners
The yoga sequence you do doesn’t have to be complicated in order to work.
Actually, the simpler, the better may be a good motto to follow, at least in the beginning.
What matters more is taking the time to go slow, stretching your body, learning how to breathe properly, and creating that mind-body connection.
Here’s a flow that’s pretty basic and suitable even if you’ve never before done yoga.
That’s it for today – we hope this helps you make the most of your morning.
