Easy Breakfast Ideas That Will Keep You Full for Hours

Who’d say no to a freshly cooked, hearty breakfast?

That’s right – no one!

But with most of us racing to hit the front door as fast as possible in the morning (hey, we don’t judge!) we know that breakfast may seem like a luxury not many get to enjoy.

The good news is, starting the day right isn’t as difficult with the right ideas. 

We’ve asked the Fullair Team to share their favourite breakfast food that’s easy and simple to make but keeps you full for hours – and here are their answers.


Overnight oats


Overnight oats are the champions of breakfast food!

And making them is super easy – add oats to an empty container, add your milk of choice (plant-based or regular) and add toppings of choice.

Fruit, seeds, nuts, dark chocolate… the options are really unlimited! (find some cool ideas here, here, and here)

Then park your oats in the fridge and take them on the go the next morning – that’s it! You’ve just made yourself a filling breakfast without sacrificing sleep in the morning. ;-)


Scrambled eggs


If you know the day’s going to be busy, then make scrambled eggs your food of choice. We promise, hunger won’t bother you for hours!

You already know the drill on this one – but feel free to spice up the recipe if you have the time.

Pro tip: Cook your scrambled eggs on butter for an extra notch of rich flavour! If you’d like to prepare in the evening, store in a glass container once cooled.


Avocado Toast


Who says avocadoes are for brunch only?

When paired with wholegrain toast or crackers, it can make a delicious breakfast that can be made in less than 5 minutes.

And the recipe’s really simple – just mash the avocado, sprinkle some salt and pepper and add a lemon drop or two. Pair with eggs or some plain Greek yoghurt for a kick of extra protein!

Protein Pancakes
